We are hiring! - Q20 Events Administrator



Q20 Events has a vacancy for an Office Administrator, and seeks a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our small office team.

Our offices are situated within our Creative Arts Hub in Shipley, alongside two rehearsal studios, costume and props workshops and a number of creative artists’ workshop studios. We create promotional entertainment for clients in the corporate and retail sectors throughout the UK, with the bulk of our work taking place in shopping centres, town centres, retail outlets and schools. The events we produce are many and varied, including interactive performance, theatrical shows, full-scale carnival parades and major launch events.

Our Office Administrator needs to be flexible and able to adapt to the differing requirements that each event places upon them. In return, we offer an interesting and varied working environment within a friendly family-run business.

We are looking for a committed, reliable and consistent individual with the following skills:

- Excellent phone manner

- Excellent time-management skills

- Strong communication skills

- Good IT and office skills

Q20 is seeking a Festival, Marketing and Social Media Assistant


Q20 Events is seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual wishing to gain an insight into events, festival, marketing and social media management to become our Festival, Marketing and Social Media Assistant. 

This role will primarily support the Shipley Street Arts Festival (2016) and Q20’s wider marketing and social media strategy.

This role is part of the Bradford and District Creative Employment Programme which requires candidates to be 16-24 and to be registered, or able to register, as unemployed. This role is a part-time paid internship. 30 hours per week.

Q20 Events is seeking a lively, outgoing and enthusiastic individual to become our Community and Schools Liaison Officer. This role will primarily support the Shipley Street Arts Festival (2016) but has the potential to cover a wider remit within Q20's activities.
